Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your theme. If something is not right, just email us.

Updated: 25 August 2026 Applies to ThemeSphere purchases
Effective: 25 August 2026
Envato Market Purchase: If you bought on ThemeForest, refunds are handled by Envato under the ThemeForest Refund Policy, not under this policy. This page covers direct purchases from us.

We want you to be happy with your theme. If something is not right, just email us. Most problems get sorted out fast, and if we really cannot fix it, we will give you your money back.

14-Day Guarantee

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying if:

  • You bought the theme but never downloaded or activated it
  • You got charged twice for the same order by mistake
  • The theme demo cannot be replicated even after contacting support
  • You have hit a bug or setup issue that our support could not fix in a timely manner
  • Our support could not respond to you within 3 business days

Email us and tell us what is happening. If it is a technical issue, we will usually try to fix it with you first, a lot of "broken" themes turn out to be a plugin conflict or a setting that just needs adjusting. But if we cannot get it working, we will refund you. No drama.

What Is Not Covered

To keep things fair and clear, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Changing your mind after downloading the theme
  • Not having the WordPress skills or time to build the site yourself
  • Not reading the demo, feature list, or requirements before buying
  • Performance, hosting, or 3rd party plugins compatibility issues
  • Not liking the design, layout, or colors once it is set up
  • Themes that have already successfully been used on a live site
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase

If you are ever unsure whether something qualifies, just ask us. We would rather explain it than leave you guessing.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

Themes are downloadable files, so once you have got the download link we cannot really "take it back" the way a physical shop would. That is why we ask that requests come in within that 14 day window, and that you give support a shot before assuming it cannot be fixed.

If the issue is actually caused by a third party plugin or a setup we do not support, we will try to help you find a way around it, but that might not be something a refund covers.

None of this takes away any rights you already have under consumer protection law where you live. Those apply no matter what we write here.

Subscription Renewals

If you are on a subscription and it auto renewed, that charge is generally not refundable, you kept access to the theme and updates through that period, so the renewal did its job.

That said, we are human too. If it has only been a few days since the renewal and you simply forgot to cancel, email us and we will usually refund it, cancel the subscription, and call it even. We just ask that you reach out reasonably soon after the charge, not months later.

If You Are in the EU or UK

You have a legal right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, as long as you have not downloaded or started using it. Once you download the theme or ask us to start support, that cooling off period ends. That is just how it works for digital products everywhere.

Before Filing a Chargeback

If something feels wrong, talk to us first. We would rather fix it or refund you directly than have you go through your bank or PayPal.

Once a Chargeback has been initiated, your account and licenses may be permanently frozen until the charges for processing it are recuperated.

How to Ask for a Refund

  • Your order number or the email you used to buy
